What happens if I have not received my order?

Delivery times will vary dependent on the delivery method chosen. On top of that, due to the global pandemic and the state the USPS is in, some packages will arrive later than normal.

If you believe that your order has been lost in the mail then please contact me as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue.

Where do you ship?

I mainly ship in the USA but I also ship internationally!

What's your policy on refunds, exchanges, and cancellations?

At the moment I do not process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless it is absolutely necessary. However if you have an issue with your order please contact me immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Do you take custom orders and commissions?

Yes, I do! I love taking orders that are different than my normal products. If you are interested in a custom item then you can message me in the chat box on the lower right of your computer screen.

Do you sell wholesale or a large amount of items at once?

I sure do but please be aware that because I am a one woman show it will take some time for me to complete your order. Please message me if you are interested!

When and where do you post updates about your shop and products?

I normally post updates, sneak peeks, and previews to launches on my social media pages. You can find all of those links located in the "Contact" section. You may also subscribe to my mailing list to be notified as well!

Do you take product suggestions?

Sometimes I do. I put up polls or ask for help on my social media platforms. Feel free to follow to be a part of that!
